As a Medicare Member, you have access to our Deliver Lean benefit, which provides meals when a member is discharged from the hospital. This program ensures your nutritional needs are met.

Deliver Lean delivers meals to your homes, with delicious, healthy ingredients to meet dietary needs in the immediate post-discharge period. Deliver Lean will call you once you are discharged to arrange for meal delivery.
